Prehab Program
As the New Year approaches and the Holidays are coming to an end you are probably craving movement and physical activity. It might seem daunting, and you don’t know exactly how to get started and are afraid of potential injury. This is why I created the Prehab Program! To give people like you, a safe, easy to follow and time efficient therapeutic exercise regimen which will jump start you into doing the activities you love. This program starts in the New Year. Please read the description of the Prehab Program below and for any other inquiries, email Dr. Matt the Acrobat at dr.mattacrobat@gmail.com.
What is the Prehab Program?
The Prehab Program is an online therapeutic exercise regimen systematically designed to help reduce risk for injury during higher level activity and keeps the body feeling good throughout the stresses of the day.
How the Prehab Program Works
Starting January 1st, 2024 you will receive 1 video per day from Monday through Friday with 1 therapeutic exercise that targets mobility, stability, and flexibility for a specific body region highlighted that week. On Saturday mornings from 8am - 8:30am (Eastern Standard Time) there will be a live Zoom going through the 5 exercises that make up the Prehab Unit, followed by a Q&A for any specific questions that individuals might have. If you are unable to attend the live Zoom, a recording of the session will be released that Sunday. The full program consists of 35 videos, covering 7 Prehab concepts over a span of 7 weeks from January 1st to February 18th, 2024. Even though it is encouraged to participate in the full Prehab Program, you can sign up for specific units that target your desired body region.
Who is the Prehab Program Meant For?
